Managing Director

Abigail has more than ten year’s experience within the health and fitness sector working for both the Fitness Industry Association (FIA) and the Department of Health (DH).

Abigail began her career as a local news journalist before moving into health and beauty PR with a London agency.

Julie Fisher

PR Consultant

Julie Fisher is a creative, goal orientated and commercially aware PR consultant with a 23-year PR and marketing background that encompasses top 20 and small PR consultancies, as well as the marketing department of a Blue Chip company.

She has excellent contacts within the health, beauty and personal care sectors.  Julie began her career as a Marketing Manager at Boots within their beauty and personal care business centre before moving down to London to work for a small public relations agency.

Donna has more than seven years’ experience in communications, specialising in healthcare and health and fitness. Having worked in a variety of sectors including central government and the NHS, Donna has an in depth knowledge of health issues.

PR Consultant

Wendy Golledge has worked as a health and fitness journalist for more than nine years.  After starting her career with the industry’s leading title Health Club Management, Wendy moved into consumer journalism and has since worked for the market leaders Top Sante, Zest and Boots Health & Beauty, while continuing to consult for the health and fitness industry across both PR and marketing.
